Vent valve is a critical component in EPS foam molding machines, primarily used for rapid gas discharge form the mold or system. 

 During the EPS foam molding process, steam is injected into the mold to expand and fuse the pre-foamed EPS beads. The  vent valve plays a key role in:

• Rapidly releasing steam and pressure from the mold to prevent product deformation or safety hazards during demolding.
• Accelerating cooling: Quick exhaust creates negative pressure, enhancing cooling efficiency (via water circulation or nature cooling).
• System protection: Prevents excessive pressure from damaging the mold or sealing components.
